Wild Coast Tented Lodge - Relais and Chateaux

Located in the southeast of Sri Lanka, the Wild Coast Tented Lodge offers a unique retreat with twenty-eight tent-like accommodations positioned at the edge of the jungle and beach. Arranged in the shape of a leopard's paw, a symbol of Yala National Park, the lodge allows guests to explore the area's natural beauty with the help of the camp's naturalist guides on safari excursions. Some of the tents provide views of the Indian Ocean. Each tent, constructed with canvas and featuring elegant colonial-style interiors, includes a private watering hole. The main building, woven with bamboo, is designed to resemble a rock along the shoreline and contains the bar, library, and restaurant, where traditional Sri Lankan dishes are presented with a contemporary twist.
