Q: Are all the benefits guaranteed?

No. Breakfast and a hotel credit are often confirmed as part of an eligible offer; upgrades, early check-in and late checkout usually depend on availability. We spell out exactly what is confirmed and what is a request.

Q: Can I redeem hotel points through The Privé?

No. Preferred-partner bookings are eligible paid rates and generally cannot be paid with hotel points. Award stays need to be booked directly through the relevant hotel loyalty program.

Q: Will I earn hotel points and elite-night credit?

On an eligible paid rate, generally yes. The booking is made in your name and we attach your loyalty number. We will flag any exception before you confirm.

Q: Can you help if I already know the hotel?

Absolutely. Send the property and dates. We can check whether an eligible preferred rate offers more value than your current option.

Q: Do you plan flights and full itineraries?

Not at the moment. The Privé is deliberately focused on hotels, including resort stays and city hotels, anywhere in the world.

Q: What if the hotel has no preferred program?

We will say so. If we cannot add useful access or advice, booking direct may be the better answer.
