The Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is situated in the scenic Mae Rim Valley, just beyond the cultural and artistic heart of Chiang Mai. Designed to reflect a traditional Thai Lanna village, the resort is set against a backdrop of mountainous terrain, spanning 20 acres (8 hectares) of tropical gardens, lakes, lily ponds, and terraced rice paddies. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a jasmine garland and offered a refreshing cold or hot towel along with a tropical fruit drink. The resort provides three types of accommodations: pavilions, villas, and residences. Each unit features a covered outdoor veranda equipped with a Thai-style daybed and chairs for relaxation and reading, as well as a dining table and chairs.
