The hotel continues to uphold its existing high standards of health and hygiene, with additional measures in place to ensure guest and staff safety. Health declaration forms are completed upon arrival, and temperature checks are conducted for all guests and staff. Personal protective equipment, including face masks, disinfectant hand sanitisers, and disposable gloves, is available for guest use throughout their stay. All staff members wear PPE while working within the hotel. There has been a significant increase in regular disinfection across all areas of the property, with enhanced cleaning of air handling and fan coil units, as well as routine maintenance and filter changes. Hard surfaces in public areas and guest rooms are cleaned more frequently, and anti-viral disinfection measures are applied to all in-room soft furnishings and surfaces. Table distancing is implemented in dining areas to support safe guest experiences.
